By using aftershift.store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

Aftershift sells over-the-counter foot care and support products.

Our products are not medical devices and nothing on this website is medical advice.

We do not claim our products fix, cure, correct, straighten or reverse bunions or any other condition. A bunion is a change in bone structure, and only surgery changes bone structure.

Our products are designed to relieve pressure on the joint and hold it in a stretched position while worn.

Speak to a doctor first if

  • You have diabetes
  • You have poor circulation in your feet
  • You have reduced sensation or numbness in your feet
  • You have an open wound, sore or infection on your foot
  • You have had foot surgery in the last 6 months
  • You are pregnant

Reduced sensation matters most, because you may not feel a splint that is fastened too tightly.

Stop using the product and speak to a doctor if you get new or worsening pain, numbness, tingling, skin discolouration, or any break in the skin.

If your podiatrist advises against using a splint for your foot specifically, follow their advice over anything on this website.

First order offer

The free gift offer applies to a customer's first order only and is limited to one per customer.

We may cancel orders that appear to be attempts to claim the offer more than once, including multiple orders to the same address or payment method.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars.

We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed when you complete checkout.

We try to keep the site accurate, but if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where:

  • The item is unavailable
  • We suspect fraud
  • The offer terms above have been broken
  • There was a pricing or description error

If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 120 days from delivery, full refund, and nothing to send back.

Shipping

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Your account and conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with it, and not to copy its content for commercial use.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address.

All text, images, designs and branding on this site belong to Aftershift and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Third party links

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Aftershift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
